Always thought you're not the 'creative type' or have always been told as much?

I have often thought the same. Academia was always my strongest point growing up and I always made it my mission to be as academically successful as I could be. Order, detail, perfection and structure were my goals.

But as I got older, I began to see a chink of light shining through a rent in my life, revealing a creative, free, wonderous mind. A mind that allowed so much scope and possibility. So much so that it fostered a belief in myself that I was capable of a great deal more than I previously imagined.

I'd very much like to share my work with you all because for so long I believed I couldn't, or because I didn't have what it takes to be successful in this way. But I can and I do, and I'm proud of the work I produce, however humble it may be. I am an amateur, but with a passion for photography that far outweighs my inexperience, and I hope you enjoy my work.
